Our mood largely depends on the number of endorphins in our body. How can it increase it? Everything is simple – it stands out during physical exertion, so if you want to achieve what you want, go to the gym, take up the house cleaning, run around the park or just dance to your favorite music.

You can also increase the level of endorphins in your body using some food products. Your assistants in the implementation of the plan should become bananas or chocolate. If you are subject to frequent depression, it will not be superfluous to include eggs, milk, seafood, spices and freshly squeezed orange and carrot juices in your daily diet.

But, of course, you need to know the measure in everything – and in food too. If you constantly begin to “seize” your problems and your bad mood with chocolate and other sweets, you will receive extra pounds on your body, which, in turn, will be reduced again.

Some people mistakenly believe that alcohol will help them to improve their mood. But this is not at all like that – the accepted alcohol will only aggravate the situation, because on many people it acts as a magnifying glass – having accepted it, they begin to see much more problems in their lives than there are actually.

Helps to cheer up your favorite business to your favorite business. If you like to engage in shopping, go shopping if you like outdoor activities – go hiking, and if you like to watch comedies – watch your favorite movie in the cinema or at home. If you like to make something with your own hands, then find time for this and take care of your hobby – this will also help you forget about a bad mood.

No need to stay with your bad mood alone. Even if you now have no desire to call guests to yourself, which is quite clear, leave the house and walk around the nearest square or park, roll on rollers or skis. So that you are not annoyed by the noise of the city, take with you the player with the notes of your favorite music.
