The insulation of the bath

During the construction of the bath, thorough insulation of the floor, ceiling and walls is of great importance, because the normal functioning of the steam room depends on the high -quality thermal insulation of the entire room. To do this, it is necessary to minimize the heat of loss, since in the parlor room a high temperature is created up to 130 degrees, which is required to maintain a long time. Otherwise, with rapid heat loss, it will be necessary to spend a large amount of fuel or electricity to maintain a comfortable high temperature.

Therefore, when erecting a bath, it is necessary to create a special layer-coat, which will not only retain heat, but also not let steam. The vapor barrier should be laid under the corrugated board or between the main wall and the sheathing of the bath. The foil is considered to be the ideal heat-insulating material for the pair of premises, and for the dressing room-craft paper. Particular attention should be paid to insulation of the ceiling, as it is most exposed to steam. Mineral wool is suitable for its insulation, which is characterized by durability, water resistance, fire resistance and resistance to decay.

Natural natural materials for insulation are widely used, for example, juts, felt and moss. They are especially appreciated for environmental friendliness and the ability to provide good air exchange in the bath. For classic Russian baths, it is preferable to use jute, which is very easy to fit, less prone to rot and perfectly holds the temperature in the room. The gaps in the window openings are best sealed with a sealant that has increased fire resistance, and insert double, and rather triple glasses into the windows. Thus, you can save precious heat for a long time.

But all heaters have one significant drawback – they begin to lose their properties when weathering, therefore, a steam -water insulation of all structures is simply necessary. It will protect the insulation not only from the wind and moisture penetration in the form of leaks, but also from the steam that comes from the inside. Moreover, modern materials are also able to form a ventilation system of insulation and remove all the accumulated moisture outward. Without the use of steam -water insulators, the insulation will quickly lose all valuable properties and begin to absorb moisture.

The laying of steam -ski -insulating materials is overlapped for a heat insulator, while the joints are treated with a special connecting tape.
