How to use burdock for medicinal purposes

Burdock is among the people better known as burdock. But few people know that in nature there are 11 species of burdock, each of which has a certain healing effect. Drugs made of burdock roots have a diaphoretic, wound healing and diuretic effect. They are used for inflammation of the oral cavity, throat, upper respiratory tract. Quite often, tinctures and decoctions of burdock roots are also used for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and various skin diseases.

No less useful drugs from burdock grass leaves. Decoctions and infusions from it can be used in the treatment of pancreatic diseases, kidneys, liver, gall bladder. Traditional medicine advises using drugs from burdock leaves also in case of metabolic disorders, as a diaphoretic agent, such as an anti -Kicorogenic agent and a remedy that helps to remove toxins and toxins from the body.

Surely to many female representatives, such a pharmacy drug as burdock oil, which, when rubbing it into the hair roots, helps to increase their growth and their restoration. Its main component is precisely the infusion of the roots of the burdock, which is prepared on olive, petroleum jelly or almond oil.

Burdock oil can also be applied directly to the skin of the face – it will help you cope with various skin rashes, adolescent acne or acne raced.

In folk medicine, even burdock seeds found their application. Surely few of you know that a decoction of burdock seeds copes perfectly even with chronic constipation. And preparing such a medicinal broth is completely easy – for this you need to take 20 grams of burdock seeds, pour them with a glass of water, bring to a boil and let it brew for 20 minutes. Before taking the resulting infusion, it is necessary to strain. It is desirable to take it 3-4 times a day for 1 tablespoon.

It is recommended to take a decoction of burdock, blueberries and bean pods with mellitus of diabetes. But, of course, treated with leerring products should be treated under the supervision of your attending physician.
