How to dye your hair at home

As many women are known, one of the best ways to improve mood is to change the image. And for this it is not always necessary a lot of money – for example, dyeing your hair and, thereby, you can change your boring image at home. The main thing is to choose a shade of hair that suits you and correctly conduct a dyeing procedure, so that later you do not have to repain in the beauty salon. It is not difficult to dye hair at home – at the same time it is only necessary to follow the basic rules of this simple procedure. What are they?

Even before staining, you need to prepare everything you need that you will certainly need. These are gloves that are usually always put in a pack of paint. It is advisable to have another spare pair at hand in case the first pair of gloves is torn. It is necessary to apply paint to the hair with a brush, and it is better to purchase a professional brush, with which it will be completely easy for you to apply paint to your hair. You will also need plastic or glass utensils in which you will mix the ingredients of the paint. If you have long hair, then be sure to prepare plastic hair clamps in advance to separate strands. And, of course, you will need a clock by which you will drive the time required for painting.

Now that you have what you need under your hands, you can safely start staining. Hairdressers do not advise wetting the hair before applying paints on them, but if you have difficulties in the uniform distribution of paint along the entire length of the strand, then your hair can be slightly moistened with warm water – this is how the paint will go more evenly.

The skin of the face along hair growth, on the forehead and temples, lubricate with any cream or even petroleum jelly – this will help you protect the skin from random coloring with paint.

Distribute your hair to thin strands and apply a cooked color on them with a brush, moving from the roots of the hair to their ends. Try to do it quickly. After you apply the paint on all your hair, comb them with a comb with rare teeth so that the paint is distributed evenly.

Now pay your attention to the skin along the hair growth line – if it still stained, wipe the paint from it with a soap solution.

Keep the paint on your hair as much as indicated in the instructions for it. Its exposure time can be increased by about 10 minutes only if you have a lot of gray hair. Many women mistakenly believe that the shade of paint will look more bright on their hair if you hold it much longer than it is recommended by the manufacturer. But, according to professional hairdressers, this is not so, so do not hold the paint on your head for hours.

During dyeing, put on a hat on your head or wrap your hair with polyethylene, as our grandmothers did – such a technique has long remained in the past.

Rinse the paint as follows – foam the paint on the hair with a small amount of warm water and then rinse your hair thoroughly. Make sure that the paint is completely washed off – if you are not entirely sure of it, rinse your hair with shampoo.  Then apply balm to the hair, which is usually attached to the kit with the paint. If it is not, then you can very well use the one that you are already used to and which suits you.

Remember that the hair subject to staining procedure needs special care and care. So that the color of your hair rejoices for a long time with its brightness and saturation, use special shampoos, balms and masks designed specifically for hair after dyeing for hair.
