The businessman received 4 years in colony for fraud with housing
Syktyvkar City Court sentenced Andrei Nosov, former director of Feona. Nosov was charged with fraud in the residential real estate market. The court sentenced the criminal in the form of four years in a general regime colony.
In June 2005, the accused signed a contract for leasing a land plot with the Syktyvkar administration for the construction of a residential building. After that, with three citizens, he concluded contracts for the sale of housing worth more than 1.3 million rubles. At the same time, the fraudster did not plan to build housing.
After that, in January 2008, Nosov received another 1.6 million rubles from one of the city residents. An agreement was signed by the assignment of the right to claim on housing on the basis of a fake preliminary contract of sale.
Nosov was found the court guilty of committing crimes, which provides for part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of Russia (fraud on an especially large scale).
