So, to begin with, after using the umbrella for its intended purpose, it must be dried. And even here there are subtleties. Whatever happens, you should never fold the umbrella in wet form, otherwise you will soon notice that he began to let water and, accordingly, stopped saving his owner from the rain.

Before placing an umbrella on drying, shake it – this will free it from excess moisture. It is better to dry the umbrella with the open half, and not completely – so you will avoid stretching the fabric dome of your accessory.

After drying, the umbrella should be correctly folded and put into the case.

If your favorite umbrella is polluted, do not worry – umbrellas can and even need to be washed sometimes. How to do it correctly? There is nothing complicated in this process – for this, open the umbrella half and soak it for 30 minutes in warm soapy water. Then rinse it under the stream of shower, wipe its knitting needles with a dry cloth and dry your accessory in half -open form.

The dust from the umbrella can easily be removed with a soft brush, and the stains from the umbrella can be removed using a solution that can be quickly prepared at home – dissolve one tablespoon of vinegar in 500 milliliters of water and wipe your favorite accessory to them.

Rust spots that appeared on the umbrella can also be easily removed at home. To do this, you need an ordinary lemon from which you will need to squeeze the juice. Then moisten a rag with lemon juice and wipe the rusty places on your umbrella.

You can try to remove old spots on the umbrella using a solution of ammonia, which is sold in any pharmacy. Take 100 grams of pharmacy ammonia and dilute it with one liter of water. After that, moisten a rag in this solution and clean the contaminated surfaces.

The male umbrella, which, as a rule, is made in black colors, can be wiped in order to remove stains with a decoction of strong black tea, which can easily be found in every house.

Remember that for cleaning the umbrella and to remove even the most complex spots, in no case, gasoline, kerosene, acetone and any other solvents can not be used – after their use, your favorite accessory will most likely become unusable.
